As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. You can cancel your order without giving any reason.
Here's how to return your order:
Please inform us of your cancellation by email at info@anokhi.com. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. Optionally, you can tell us the reason for the return – this helps us improve our service.
Please include a note with your order number in the shipment so we can clearly identify your return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend insured shipping with tracking.
Important information regarding returns:
Without your order number or if any information is missing, we cannot process your return and therefore cannot accept liability for such shipments. Please return the items unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. After inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 2-4 business days, and international deliveries take 5-7 business days after conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment is agreed, after receipt of your payment). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
