A GLS return label is enclosed; please drop off the return package, affixed with this return label, at a GLS drop-off point.

You choose a different shipping provider for the return shipment at your own expense, and we will refund the initial postage you have already paid.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 2-4 business days, and international deliveries take 5-7 business days after conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment is agreed, after receipt of your payment). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
