Returns
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. You can cancel your order without stating a reason.
How to return your order:
Please first inform us of your withdrawal via email at info@anokhi.com. Please include your order number and the items to be returned. Optionally, you can tell us the reason for the return - this helps us improve our service.
Please include a note with your order number in the shipment so that we can clearly assign the return. You bear the costs for the return shipment yourself. We recommend insured shipping with tracking.
Important information regarding returns:
Without your order number or with missing information, we cannot assign the return and assume no liability for such shipments. Please return the items unworn, undamaged, and with all tags. After checking the goods, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 2 - 4 working days, for international deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
